Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami (1921–2010) was a highly prominent spiritual master, scholar, and author in the modern Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition. As a dedicated disciple of Bhakti Prajnana Keshava Gosvami, he translated key Sanskrit and Bengali texts written by the Six Gosvamis of Vrindavana, providing them with detailed and highly accessible commentaries. He shared a deep, lifelong relationship with A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, supporting him in his mission of sharing Vaishnavism worldwide. Starting in 1996, Narayana Gosvami travelled extensively across the globe, giving lectures on the advanced stages of bhakti-yoga, specifically focusing on raganuga-bhakti and the loving pastimes of Radha and Krishna. His public lectures combined philosophical depth with compassion, attracting thousands of sincere seekers and reviving active interest in Gaudiya Vaishnavism globally. Through his numerous writings and travels, he presented the core tenets of Vaishnava theology in a clear manner, leaving a significant legacy in the spiritual growth and education of the global Vaishnava community.
